This month started with the controversial May Day holiday, and before I knew it, we have arrived in June. In contrast, I feel that June may have more events worth recording, whether they are happy or sad, relaxed or tense. Just think about it: June, college entrance exams, final exams, English Level 4 exam, the movie "HELLO WORLD," mid-year sales—these are all experiences worth savoring and writing about.
Let's first review May. I remember my expectations for May in April were that there wouldn't be so many conflicts in meetings, the exams wouldn't be too difficult, and the sleep quality would be better. I'm glad that the meetings mainly refer to the group organization life meetings, gatherings, and STAR's regular meetings, and they didn't conflict this month. As for the exams, except for physical education, they haven't started yet, so I don't know how difficult they will be. Speaking of physical education, I feel ashamed because I haven't taken the exam due to a conflict with the database class. Regarding sleep quality, it's actually fine if I don't pay too much attention to it. Additionally, this month, I completed the courses in Subject Professional Introduction, Mechanical Drawing, and Database (finished, confetti 🎉), read a book "Guide to Inventions," started reading Yasunari Kawabata's "Snow Country," and began focusing on learning microcontroller development in my spare time.
For June, the main theme will definitely be exams. Although I have long lost any feelings about exams, I am almost certain to fail the engineering drawing course because I really haven't studied much and haven't submitted many assignments (qwq). Aside from studying, what I look forward to the most is probably the movie "HELLO WORLD." I might also go get a haircut because my hair has gotten a bit long, but I'm not too sure if I should style it or not. As for the Level 4 exam, I've intermittently completed the past five years' real questions, so passing shouldn't be a problem...
Perhaps it's better not to have so many expectations. Life may disappoint those who work hard, but it won't disappoint those who keep working hard. I have always believed this, so I think it's quite normal for reality to let me down a few times. However, watching my expectations shatter one by one is really hard to bear; it might be better not to expect anything from the beginning and just focus on doing things.
Before reaching the bitter place, do not believe in gods or Buddhas.
Hello, world! Hello, June.
