It is now August 10th, and I finally found the time to write the summary for July. However, it has not been a full month since I last wrote a summary (on July 18th), so this delay carries a bit more justification (even though procrastination has no justification at all =w=).
Back at the beginning of July, I was still in Wuhan doing an internship and preparing for the heat treatment competition. On the night of July 2nd, I started running a high fever, which lasted until about July 5th when I began to recover. Looking back, it was probably due to my wisdom teeth coming in, causing gum inflammation. During the internship at DL, I naturally slacked off the whole time, while I took the heat treatment competition seriously, going to Zhenjiang, Jiangsu for the finals, where I ultimately achieved a national first prize. During this period, there were some small misunderstandings with Bao, mainly due to my delayed responses, but in the end, Bao and I resolved these misunderstandings well. By this time, it was already mid-July. In the following days, I rested at school, cleaned my dormitory, and sent Bao some items, including "The Ode to the Hibiscus." I was also contemplating how to spend this one-month summer vacation at home. Coincidentally, Miko was in Chongqing, which is on my way home, so I went to visit him for two or three days, which was very enjoyable. He took care of the accommodation and meals, but I didn't sleep well because of the noise and cockroaches in the hotel orz. Chongqing has many steep mountains and complex roads, and inexperienced outsiders can indeed get lost there.
After returning home, I also took a few days to rest. As soon as I got home, I was out of sorts and felt a bit dizzy. Then it was time to write various reports, read different books, write code, and go swimming with friends. Thus, this seemingly lazy yet busy July came to an end, and the beginning of August was a time of stealing moments of leisure amidst busyness. I wonder if I will only be able to steal moments of busyness from now on. When I write the August summary, I should be back at school, at the beginning of my senior year. I hope to make this entire senior year a period I won't regret looking back on in the future.
With that, the July summary comes to an end, leaving behind a mysterious number—910429. =w=
