Time has swiftly arrived at the last month of 2023; it is now December 3rd. A couple of days ago, I watched two movies, "An Afternoon with Marguerite" and "Soul," with my dear one. I increasingly feel that life is just ordinary and sparse, and the few shining moments (spark) are enough to share with the one I love the most.
As it is said, November passed by in a sparse and ordinary manner, without causing much ripple in the sea of time. On November 5th, the birthday gift for my dear one was successfully delivered. I recalled that last year I didn't send a single gift, which was truly unacceptable. I deeply reflected over the year and will definitely not forget in the future. I also received a birthday gift from my dear one, although it was a bit late =3= (but considering I didn't send anything last year, it seems even worse). It included cookies, a letter, a sunflower, and a photo of my dear one (very cute). I don't know why my dear one didn't want me to post the photo qwq; although permission was granted later, I still felt a bit uneasy and didn't take it out in the open. I only sneak a peek at it whenever I miss my dear one. Speaking of that letter, it smelled lovely, like my dear one was right beside me. In the letter, my dear one expressed excitement about our future together, and I want to say I feel the same. As for the sunflower… it’s winter now, and I’m afraid it won’t sprout, so I’ll wait until next spring to plant it. My dear one's internship should have ended in November, but there are still many classes ahead, so it’s not a relaxing time. I recall that my dear one likes little friends like Guoguo, Dingdang, and Xiaomianbao, but… I can’t remember the rest =3=.
In November, I acquired three new books, so I’ll note them here: one Fluent tutorial and two related to deep learning. Perhaps like Marguerite, wherever I am, there will be many books. I finished reading "The Fluid Mechanics I Understand," and I think my understanding of fluid mechanics can only be described as not completely a novice level. I also successfully reduced the cost of my phone card plan, so I finally don’t have to pay extra every month anymore ovo. The next issue will be the year-end special summary, and it feels like the year has gone by faster and faster. Sometimes I worry that I didn’t do youthful things when I was young, and when I’m old, I’ll want to do them but won’t have the strength. Hmm… so I’ve decided to visit my dear one at the end of the month. I want to catch the tail end of 2023 with my dear one and then knit a hat for the head of 2024, bringing the festive spirit closer.
